FAQs

What services do we offer?

Our service description includes installation, cleaning, replacement, and repair of rain gutters, together with downspouts and rain chains made of stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and plastic material.

Do you offer services at commercial level?

Yes, we offer rain gutter installation, cleaning, and repair services together with downspouts services at commercial level. We work with commercial building contractors to iron out the contractual specifics before the installation can begin. We can install rain gutters on sky scrapers too. We have the manpower to service any commercial building design and skillfully align the gutters to the main drainage.

What good are rain gutters?

Rain gutters are an important and integral part of any building. They guide rain water into storm drains or water collecting vessels. Unguided water can sip into building’s foundation, causing issues like wood rot and landscaping erosion.

What types of rain gutters products do you install?

We install conventional (normal) rain gutters, downspouts, and customized rain chains. Our rain gutters are of different materials including wood, aluminum, plastic, stainless steel, and copper. Our rain chains come in different shapes and designs. We give our customers the option to choose any color they wish for the rain gutters to match their home or building theme.

How do I choose between 5 inch and 6 inch rain gutter options?

5-inch rain gutters are suitable for many homes and buildings with shingle roofs. For tile roofs, however, 6-inch gutters are recommended as they offer more room to accommodate the flowing water from the roof.  5-inch gutters on tile roofing are not recommended as the water is most likely to over-shoot the gutter rather than flow into it.

For flat roofing and any other alternative roofing, a quantified estimator will provide you with a simulated estimate of the size of the gutter to opt for.

How long does the installation take?

Rain Gutter installation will take a couple of hours to a whole session (e.g. afternoon). It depends on the type of building and the drainage architecture. For large properties, this could take a day or more. Moreover, any recommended wood repairs to be done before an installation will factor into the total time it will take to install the rain gutters.

Do the rain gutter designs depend on pricing?

Most conventional rain gutters have the same design, with minor differences when it comes to the gutter and drainage pipe shape. There are two main designs; the half-round and the K-style. The pricing is more or so the same. The main difference comes in when different materials are used, e.g. copper vs. aluminum.

What material is best for rain gutters?

Aluminum gutters are the most common, but they don’t support extra weight like a ladder being placed on them. Galvanized steel gutters, on the other hand, are the most economical. Plastic and wooden gutters are the least recommended due to their vulnerability.

How do rain chains differ from downspouts?

Rain chains are open in nature compared to downspouts. They, however, serve the same purpose, only here, rain chains offer better optics as the water drains down visibly. Rain chains also act as beautiful home accessories.

What rain chain options are available?

We offer rain chains of different shapes, design, and materials. They come in high-quality brass, iron, copper, and aluminum materials. The rain chains also come in different cup designs for clients to choose from.

How effective are rain chains compared to rain gutters?

The open nature of rain chains do not in any way compromise the effectiveness of draining water. Every cup design and size has open bottoms for efficient water flow, even in times of heavy downpour.
